Labiaplasty is an outpatient procedure in all of our cases, unless one where to have a concurrent medical condition. Usually it is not very painful. Hope that helps.

It is not unusual to see some white material. It could be stitch related or a yeast infection, or even a bacterial infection. If your surgeon is not concerned then you should be reassured. Hang in there and follow all post op care directions.

Some patients take longer for all healing to take place. Pain is unusual at 6 weeks but I would suggest waiting a full 3 months before rendering judgement . I agree on you not having any sexual activity until then. Best wishes.

You look totally normal from the photo, although it is hard to see detail. If you are concerned about appearance speak to a plastic surgeon or gynecologist who does a lot of labiaplasty surgery. Ask to see many before and afters. But anatomy wise, you look normal. Best wishes.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I think you should be seen as soon as possible. You may have an infection, bacterial or yeast. You could even have some separation of the wound. It is hard to tell from the photo but do be seen very soon. Best wishes.

HelloYour implants are very close together and , because you are thin, you are probably feeling the edges. The skin "being raised" could be a mild form of synmastia, where the breasts come together as one. Please seek a second opinion if you are not satisfied with the answers you get from your doctor. I routinely see patients change up to 6 months so I would hang in there for a little bit longer. I am not sure the bandeau would make a difference as much as time and some stretching of the lower pole. Follow up with your surgeon and give it 6 months. Best wishes.

Before surgery your breasts are somewhat saggy. Implant under the muscle sometimes exacerbate this sagginess, at least initially. You will need to re evaluate at 3 months. Follow all of your surgeon's directions and hang in there!
