Throughout her time at the University of Florida, getting her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, she shadowed a reconstructive plastic surgeon. The creativity and challenging nature of the specialty inspired her to pursue a similar career. She also has experience in Orthopedics where she was trained on the management of pre and post-operative patients. She attended Physician Assistant school at South University in Savannah, GA. A holistic approach to patient care, coupled with a love for conversation and connection make her a fantastic medical provider. Biography: Elizabeth is a dually licensed PA and Cosmetologist with over 10 years of experience in the salon and spa industry and over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her extensive proficiency was gathered through work as a hair stylist and spa manager in Colorado, in several fast-paced Emergency Departments in the Northeast, and during medical electives in Plastic Surgery while in training with Le Moyne College’s Physician Assistant program.

Elizabeth is a proud member of the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants and is a NCCPA board certified physician assistant. She became a licensed cosmetologist in 2004 working to solve the varied hair, skin, nail and massage needs of her clients. She received her Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University where she specialized in nutrition, weight training, and cardiac rehabilitation. Liz has traveled as a volunteer on many medical missions over the years.

Biography: Simone Webb moved to New York City in 2017 from Buffalo, New York after graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising. Being in the fashion industry became mundane, as Simone realized her purpose in life was much bigger than being a wardrobe stylist. Having a passion for customer service, organization and helping others led her to Rowe Plastic Surgery. She enjoys supporting everyone in the office, and meeting all of our patients with their questions and concerns. Simone loves working in the plastic surgery field because she has always had a passion for helping people feel good about themselves when they look in the mirror!

Name: Marilyn Chira

Position: Physician Assistant

Biography: Marilyn is a Physician Assistant (RPA-C) and performs many of the dermal filler injections at the RPS office. Marilyn is highly skilled and a caring professional with extensive training in Botox, Restylane, Juvederm and Dysport injections. She has an eye for quality aesthetic and has injected thousands of patients with exceptional results with dermal fillers.

In addition to her extensive training by Dr. Norman Rowe, one of the top dermal filler injectors in the field, she worked at Dr. Rowe’s office for three years prior to her completion of PA school. She graduated from Hunter College with a BA in English and Sociology, and then graduated from Touro College with a degree in medicine to become a Physician’s Assistant. She is also an Allergan Certified Injector, is registered by the state of New York, and certified by the NCCPA.
