Felicia Maurer earned her bachelor of science in psychology at Old Dominion University in 1995. After that she completed her nursing degree in The Sentara Healthcare Professional Program in 2002, she began her nursing career as an emergency room nurse and quickly transitioned to Associates in Plastic Surgery.
Jennifer Oshiro
Jennifer Oshiro initially joined Associates in Plastic Surgery in 2009 as a Medical Assistant. After completing her nursing degree in 2012, she worked with Sentara Health Care as an orthopedic nurse. In 2014, she was excited to rejoin the team at Associates in Plastic Surgery.
Jennifer Gibbs
Jennifer has been working as a nurse and surgical assistant in the varied field of plastic and cosmetic surgery for over 30 years. Her experience prior to Associates in Plastic Surgery has ranged from working with a very large and busy academic practice to working for a nonprofit organization.
Joyce Black
Joyce Black is a Registered Nurse with a certification in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has been active in this field for over 30 years. After a number of years assisting in the operating room, Ms. Black had dedicated the last 18 years as the Clinical Director of the Aesthetic Skin Care Center at Eastern Virginia Medical School. As an expert nurse injector she has specialized in skincare, the administration of neurotoxins, and filler products.
