Since your implants never sag, it is your natural skin and breast tissue that may sag with time. the size of the implants will not make this more likely. In fact probably selecting a slightly larger implant may help minimize some sagging of your breast tissue. however, for the most part, your skin and breast tissue are not affected by the implants.

Which implant size would help me achieve a natural result? Stuck between 300 and 320 CC
either 300 or 320 cc will give you a very nice result

Please realize that the difference between 300cc and 320 cc is almost imperceptible. remember one once of fluid spread over your entire breast area will only make a very tiny difference, and you are talking about 20cc which is less than the 30cc in one once!!!
i personally would not use the low profile since you want more projection if you are doing a breast implant.

I would wait a year to see how much it self corrects and I think it will continue to improve. you may have to accept that there will always be some difference between the 2 sides.

you need a slightly different operation than traditional gynecomastia excision

Your problem is NOT classic gynecomastia. you will not benefit from having tissue removed from your chest. you will need either a nipple reduction or reducing the tissue directly under the nipple-areolar complex. i do a lot of the latter surgeries and this can be performed in my office with local anesthetic and oral sedation (as opposed to general anesthesia in the main OR)
You will need the correct surgery to get the results you want.

Liposuction will be useless here. your problem is loose skin.
however, if you notice when you extend your arms fully above your head, then all of the loose skin will disappear. the problem is that if the surgeon removes this extra skin when. your arm is at your side, when you raise your arm above your head, you will either rip open the incision, or you will not be able to fully extend your arm. both very problematic.
