    My surgery is Monday and I am having a lift and 330cc teardrop unders. I cried when I paid over the phone yesterday and have been having bad dreams. I have so much anxiety over this. I know I’m not just being vain; I know my breasts are deflated and gross. I’m doing this for me. But why do I feel so anxious? Did anyone else feel like this beforehand? Did it pass? I’m scared I’ll become depressed afterwards, especially because I’ll be immobile and indoors (I’m a super active horse rider, firefighter, camping every weekend kind of person). Tell me everything will be okay ????

    You will be fine we all felt anxious before our op but its all worth it,i promise im active too,but time flys by and before you know it your back to doing everything again x

    Ally it is important to not just lie in bed for weeks after. A few days after you surgery you should be up and moving around gently. Small walks help your circulation which in turn aids healing. Do non strenuous activities. Anything that doesnt involve you lifting your arms or lifting anything heavy. Get your friends to visit. Catch up on favourite movies. Ask a friend to pick you up to do some shopping. Go thru your horse rugs to see what needs repair ….that sort of thing
