Can you still get good results from fat transfer to hips with tight skin?

From this single picture, it seems that you're a very good candidate for this procedure that would aim to remove deposits from the flanks and inner thighs and transfer this tissue to fill the hips. A clinical examination is necessary to estimate the volume of fat tissue available and needed. In the picture attached to my profile you'll see a patient with very similar frame.

I often advice against having BBL in BMI more than 35 as the risks of surgery are much higher (chest infection, DVT/PE, fat necrosis and delayed healing). Also you don't get the best outcome from surgery due to the remaining internal visceral fat tissue. Hi, Seems like you have developed a small hernia at the keyhole surgery incision. This should not prevent you getting a tummy tuck at all. An ultrasound scan test is needed to check it. Hernias can be easily repaired during the tummy tuck surgery but may need a small mesh.
