Yes, this can absolutely be fixed by having your Board Certified Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon put in a few units of Botox above your left eyebrow to calm down that muscle. This effect also depends on how long it has been since your initial Botox treatment since it could take up to 1-2 weeks for the muscles to settle down after the initial treatment. Best wishes!
