This patient, who is in her late 50’s, underwent a transcutaneous bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty with orbicularis suspension flap. She is pictured here 1 year after surgery. She presented with the goal to have less tired-looking eyes. Now she appears more bright-eyed and refreshed with improvements to her previously drooping upper eyelids, under-eye bags, and darkened shadows. Post-operative photos show only fine incisional scars along her upper eyelids and lower lash line that is only seen with her eyes closed.
