I think you are an excellent candidate for a facelift AND botulinum toxin (aka Botox). Unfortunately, we are all inherently asymmetric, and that flipping of the iPhone cameras has certainly caused many of us to be more aware of this. That being said, there is not much in the way of a surgery that can truly address these asymmetries. First, the older picture of yourself is very telling that you have clearly had descent of your facial skin; at such an early age, this is not rare but is unusual. This is called orthognathic surgery and it is a reduction in the height of your maxillary bone. This is done by oro-maxillofacial surgeons and craniofacial plastic surgeons.
