I have acne scars. What can I do to get rid of them?
Fraxel for acne scarring

To IMPROVE not REMOVE acne scarring in people of light to moderately dark pigmentation, I use the Fraxel Restore. A series of treatments does a great job of improving acne scarring in my opinion. For more darkly pigmented individuals, the newer fractionated picosecond lasers may offer the best option. I would use an Nd:YAG picosecond laser, as melanin absorption is less at the longer 1,064nm wavelength.
