It does not look like you have tuberous breast at all. If you did have that as a young woman, I think the weight gain and expansion has completely resolved it. You do have very toxic breasts, and that can be corrected with a lift as well as an augmentation. The desires you have for the shape should be shared with your surgeon and you should both discuss it and have them show you photographs as well as potentially an imaging system to help you see the potential shape that you can accomplish....

The only line I see on your face is the nasolabial fold. If that is the line, you were talking about then the answer is no. Botox will not help reduce that line. The only way to diminish those folds effectively is with filler. Yours is very mild and extremely normal, not a sign of aging! You should leave that mild of a fold alone!

Absolutely not! No one should do a facelift on you at 24 years old! You will need that fat as you age so that you look normal. However, you do have slightly large buccal fat pads. You should find a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate those and potentially remove them. I think that will give you the improved facial shape you are going for. Best of luck! Can Botox eliminate these forehead lines?

It is true that Botox only works on the dynamic lines. However, once your forehead stops making the dynamic lines for about 3 to 6 months, the static lines that you see will begin to heal and Saaid, and therefore the trick is to stay consistent with your Botox. Keep the skin smooth. I would suggest doing your neurotoxin again and then being very consistent in doing it again in three months later. I’m sure your for head will look great!

May I be a good candidate for a facelift?

Considering your age and the photograph, I do not think that you need a facelift. I think that evaluation by a plastic surgeon can help you understand the loss of volume and changes in your face which can easily be remedied by fillers or fat grafting, and give you a much more useful appearance without the major Invasive procedure of a facelift. No, you really just have a little bit of areola herniation. I guess that could be considered a very minor variant of tubular breast but it is easily camouflaged with a breast augmentation.

Is it recommended to have Cell Saver during a mommy makeover?

Blood loss Should never be so great during a plastic surgery procedure that anyone would ever need a cell saver! What is the difference (if any) between Natrelle Soft Touch, Responsive and Cohesive implants?

The three types of implants you referenced are all silicone, but the responsive is very soft, soft touch is medium soft, and the highly cohesive is the firmest or least soft. When you hold these implants upright they tend to take a little bit different shape with the responsive gel creating more of a teardrop shape. This may influence your Plastic Surgeon do use this implant based upon your discussions about shape you may have had.
