Thank you for your question and providing a photo. I do believe your asymmetry can be easily fixed. In regards to the pain it is hard to answer without a physical exam. I would recommend you also consult with a BC PS who has experience with revision breast surgery. I do not recommend massage to any of my BA patients. Best of luck

Thank you for your question and providing photos. I do not consider the operation you had done as a true breast lift procedure. You are correct that generally the breast will appear flatter after the procedure you had done. Doing a true lifting procedure should give you the result you want. In regards to size I would recommend you discuss that with your PS as 700cc's is a large volume. Best of luck

If your implants displace to your side when you lay down this can be easily fixed. The internal pocket can be modified. Thank you for your question and providing a photo. Based on your pre op photos your breasts are not symmetrical in size alone. In your post op photos your size doesn't look bad. It does appear you may have a capsule on the left causing more roundness and projection. This is only based on your photo. A physical exam is required. I don't think 20 cc's will make a big difference. I would recommend you follow up with your PS. Best of luck

Thank you for your question and providing a photo. It is very difficult to see what you describe in the photo. What I believe you are describing is called a Pectus Carinatum. If that is the case I recommend using a wider more projecting implant since the implants will want to move laterally. Sometimes it is also necessary to reinforce the lateral pocket. I think your best chance to achieve a closer look to your " wish pictures" is going to involve a breast lift operation and placement of breast implants. Thank you for your question and providing photos. I do believe that a hematoma will increase your risk of capsular contracture. At 8 weeks I think it is to early to say its a CC. I do not believe that massaging helps prevent CC. I have augmented thousands of breasts over the last 25 years and have none of my patients massage. I would recommend you discuss your concerns with your PS. If you decide on a large volume ( 600 or more) I would recommend the inferior pocket be reinforced with a ADM. Best of luck

Based on your photo it appears you could easily improve you asymmetry by elevating and maybe shrinking your 1 nipple/areolar complex. I would recommend you consult with a BC PS. Best of luck

Thank you for your question and providing photos. Changing to 650 cc saline implants will only cause your breasts to sit lower on your chest. Depending on how much the implant is filled to will determine how much additional projection you will gain. Based on your photos it does not appears you need a lift. Modifying the pockets may move your implants up a small amount. Something you could consider to gain superior pole fullness ( fake look ), would be to change to a more projecting higher...

Thank you for your question and providing photos. Based on your photos I believe you do not need a breast lift and implants alone will be fine. You can easily combine a breast lift and implant placement with 1 surgery. It does not make any sense to me to first do a BA with saline implants then do another surgery in 6 months to include exchange to silicone implants. Best of luck
