Thanks for your question. When performing fat grafting the "take" of the grafted fat is somewhat unpredictable. Sometimes 60% of the graft may live or "take", many times it's less than that. First off I think your breast augmentation looks great. It has a very natural appearance.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "they don''t look right" ? In your title you ask "are my implants too high?". It does not appear your implants are too high. Your natural breast tissue hangs a little below your implants, but that serves to make them look more natural in my opinion. Plastic surgeons would describe you as anatomically as low breasted. Thanks for your question! It's always beneficial to be seen in person because posted photographs can be deceiving. From your photographs it appears that you have grade III ptosis (droopy breast) on the right side of your picture and at least grade II maybe III on the left side of your picture.
