This patient desired improvement of her lower eyelids that had excess fat and gave her a tired look. We did a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty only removing fat through the inside of the eyelid (no visible scars), and fat grafting to her lower eyelids to better blend the lid-cheek junction.
