I find that creating cleavage takes time and care, at least for me. I will admit to not being the fastest surgeon especially with breast augmentation. Most women do not wish widely separated breasts- that gives a less than natural appearance. Attention to detail in creating the pocket for placement of the breast implant by your surgeon pays off with a more natural appearing cleavage.
