This woman had significant sagging of her breast and abdominal skin following pregnancies and weight gain and loss and is seen in her front view. Her mastopexy (breast lift) utilized an anchor technique and behind the muscle implants were placed in addition to an abdominoplasty that included liposuction of her back and sides. She is five months postoperative. Her abdominal scars are hidden along her bikini lines. Typically scars can take a year or longer to lose their pinkness.
