This patient is a fitness competitor and desired slightly fuller breasts not only when she is leaner but also when she is not training for a competition. She had very mild asymmetry that she wanted to correct as well. She was an A cup and desired a full B cup. Sientra HSC+ moderate profile gel implants were placed R270cc and L285cc.
