Procedure: Abdominoplasty with bilateral love handle liposuction. Age: 60 yrs old Post op: 4 months Patient Desires: Massive weight loss patient after lap band. Removal of excess abdominal skin and pooch in the lower abdomen with liposuction love handles. Notice port placement in upper abdomen was moved slightly laterally at time of abdominoplasty to allow diastasis recti repair.
