We use crisalix 3D imaging and find it to be very accurate in most patients who do not have much breast sagging (aka ptosis). In your case crisalix 3D imaging should be pretty accurate. But it’s important to note that this also depends on the skill of your surgeon.
Does a trans abdominal breast augmentation have just as good results?

The single most used incision for breast augmentation currently is the inframammary fold incision. It dwarfs the other incisions combined. The reason for this is that there appears to be the lowest risk of capsular contracture and the best potential for excellent implant placement.

Unfortunately, stretch marks have more to do with your skin quality and your genetics. Larger implants and more weight will also contribute. Try to stick to a smaller implant if possible.

Your nose looks great! Looking at your preop and your postop photos, your surgery was quite successful. Any perceived fullness at the dorsum of your nose will likely improve with time. Swelling can remain for up to a year.

Thank you for your question. Some bruising after breast augmentation can be normal. The question that needs to be answered is whether there is any ongoing bleeding or collection of blood in the breast pocket. It does not seem that this is the case based on your photos. However, the only way to really rule that out is with an in-person exam by your plastic surgeon.

Breast implants are considered very safe and this has been backed up by many medical studies and research.Perhaps what you are referring to is free silicone injections into various parts of the body. This is often performed by non-doctors and in non-safe locations. This practice should be abandoned and not performed because there are many complications with it- too lengthy a discussion for this forum.As always, it is best to

Thank you for your question.Nausea and vomiting is common after any surgical procedure and is usually related to the anesthesia. There are many medications that are used for postoperative prevention or alleviation of nausea and vomiting. Specifically, Zofran, Reglan and Scopolamine patch.
