From your photos you appear to be borderline for "needing" a lift. It is possiblethat larger implants could give you the breasts you desire with more volume and fullness but the breasts and nipples may stil have the same lower position on the chest wall and or there may be a snoopy breast ( ptosis off of the implants) and you may desire a lift in the future. Large implants only help up to a point, then make things look worse with residual ptosis.

With a tummy tuck , the skin of the abdomen is elevated off of the abdominal wall muscles so the skin and fat is lifted as a flap. It is possible that swellling can fluctuate for weeks after surgery especially if you have started back to a physical type job, but generally swelling slowly gets better each week. It is possible that with increased activity you have developed a fluid collection ( seroma) which may need to be aspirated in the office with a needle. You should contact your plastic surgeon for an evaluation to see if this is the case.

Fat cells are crystalized at the time of treatment and dye off over the next few days. It then takes several months for the body to break down and remove those cells.
