A small area of fat loss in the buttocks like this could be treated through fat grafting or by utilizing an off-the-shelf product such as Renuva. Fat grafting requires liposuction from somewhere else to collect fat to inject into the area of volume loss, whereas Renuva can be injected much like the fillers we use in the face.
En bloc & capsulotomy – confusion on types of implant removal procedures

This terminology can definitely be confusing. An en bloc capsulectomy means that the surgeon will remove the implant and the capsule in one piece without removing the implant from the capsule. A total capsulectomy means that the surgeon will remove all of the capsule and the implant. The capsule may come out in more than one piece or the implant may be removed to safely get the remaining capsule out. An en bloc is a type of total capsulectomy.

It appears that your implants are sitting too high in the pocket. A larger implant will not improve this and I do not believe you would need a lift. You may need a revision to allow the implants to sit lower and stretch out the lower pole of your breast. I recommend speaking with your surgeon about potential treatment options.
Doctor said I won’t have drains because it’s an old method – does this sound right?

Many surgeons will place drains during this type of procedure but other surgeons do not. Same with an overnight stay – some surgeons have you stay and others do not. There is no right or wrong answer. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident in your surgeon!

You would be a good candidate for a chin implant with a small amount of submental liposuction. Alternatively, you could utilize fillers to build up and define the chin and jawline. Oftentimes a combination of both is helpful.
