If you do not like the flatness in the upper pole of your breasts, unfortunately this is unlikely to improve with time, it might even become flatter as further swelling subsides and your skin relaxes. If you desire more upper pole fullness, you will likely need an implant, even it is a small one. This surgery can be done 3-6 months after your original breast reduction, using your existing scars. You could probably travel the day of surgery. I actually prefer that my patients walk immediately after surgery, to avoid developing blood clots. I like to see my patients the day and a week after surgery as my postoperative protocol so you will need to check with your surgeon to see what works best.

Seromas can sometimes require multiple aspirations as they can recur but ultimately they do resolve over time. There can also be swelling surrounding a seroma and this can also usually take a few weeks after the seroma clears to resolve.

Avoiding a lift may be possible, depending on the size of your chosen implants and your post-surgical expectations as to where the areola and nipple will be. Generally, augmentation alone will give you a small lifting effect, but to maximize this effect and to give you the upper pole fullness you desire it may be necessary to not go through the armpit and instead have an underneath the breast access incision. The amount of fat cells in your thighs is permanently reduced, and the amount of fat cells in your breasts is permanently increased. Keep in mind there are still fat cells in both areas that can increase or decrease in size with weight changes.

I would have suggested a peri-areolar lift for you along with your augmentation, as the nipple is a centimeter or two below its ideal position. Luckily, if you are just contemplating a lift now, it can be done under local anesthetic. Hope this helps.

It's possible to perform an abdominoplasty without internal suturing, but in most cases the muscles have separated a tiny bit after pregnancy and those internal sutures help bring them back together to further contour your waist. When the muscles have not separated at all, then it is possible to do without the internal suturing but I would say this situation is rare. Cheers.
