In my opinion, 750cc is far too large as the weight of the implant alone with predispose it to bottoming out without added support. A revision with added mesh for support as well as a skin excision would help you achieve the desired result. I would also advocate for a smaller implant for less weight.
Breast augmentation and lift results are riding high - can it be corrected?

It appears that your implants are sitting high, but your breast was not lifted high enough to grant you the result you seek. You would need a revision lift

What you actually need to have done at this point is a wedge excision of the inferior pole with a slightly smaller implant to bring the nipple position down

It is difficult to tell about a capsular contracture without doing an in-person exam, however I do agree that you have an asymmetric result. It appears you have a “double-bubble” deformity of the right breast. The left breast appears to sit much lower. You would benefit from an implant exchange, potentially a pocket exchange, and nipple repositioning. With regards to cost, that really depends on the part of the country you're in and her your surgeon is

I agree with the opinion you obtained. You should have a pocket exchange and place the implant above the muscle. With regard to rippling, autologous fat grafting would be able to mitigate this to improve the result.

I agree that your rippling is very visible. Even with a highly cohesive implant, this can be an issue with patients that have a very thin body habitus. I have had excellent results with fat grafting and this would be your best treatment option. Contour deformities can be an issue and may require multiple donor sites
