Judging by your photos, I think you have a mild case of gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is the enlargement of the male breasts due to a hormonal imbalance in testosterone and androgen. I think that a simple liposuction procedure is enough to solve your issue since it can already remove the little amount of excess fat in your breasts. A more definitive answer would require an exam by your treating doctor to give you the best answer.

There are multiple tummy tuck techniques. And based on the photo, I’d say that the patient had a standard tummy tuck. This technique tightens the entire abdominal wall – from just above the pubic bone all the way up to a little below the breast bone.

I’d also say that the patient combined her tummy tuck with a liposuction. The two often go hand in hand since liposuction can improve the body contour by eliminating excess fat around the abdomen.

If your smaller breast is "way bigger" with that much then it will likely not make much of a difference. Also, it is unlikely that 30 cc also made a smaller breast "way bigger."
