Facial asymmetry is absolutely normal. To minimize asymmetry the easiest would be to either fat graft or add filler to the less amplified cheek, just to achieve better balance. It will be difficult to get perfect symmetry but will bring the 2 sides closer. You might also look into jawline filler to increase the angulation of the thinner jawline.

What does being board certified entail? From the American Board of Plastic Surgery - a comprehensive written exam, an oral exam, every year continuous education and every 5 years a practice assessment. This is to assure the best possible patient care.

If you have not yet, I would recommend an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. The skin on your abdomen may present a problem with liposuction and it may be that skin removal would present a better option for you. With lipo alone you could potentially get contour abnormalities because liposuction will not tighten skin.

If you are willing to undergo a form of mastopexy your best option I think is to undergo a circum-areolar skin removal. This can differentially tighten the breast skin depending on the pattern of excision, with a very acceptable scar along the areolar border.
It looks as though you may have asymmetry in volume as well, with one breast fuller overall than the other. This also may need to be addressed to get the best possible symmetry.

It is hard to tell what is going on from the photos. Do you have banding in your neck?
Your surgery was only about 6 months ago. Revision should wait for at least another 6 months. In the meantime it is important to optimize your scarring with topical therapies on the scars that include silicone and massage. If your surgeon offers microneedling this might help with scarring around the ear.
I would not recommend noninvasive technology that may worsen scarring and cost more money....

Quick answer is "no."
Tuberous breasts have tight internal bands that lead to a narrow based breast with herniation of breast tissue into the nipple areolar complex, which is typically enlarged. Some people think it looks like "Snoopy."

I think done properly an incision around the nipple areolar may provide a nice "lift" for you in conjunction with augmentation. A full lift will tighten you more, but you do not have significant sagging or excess skin. Be sure you are seeing a board certified plastic surgeon, and make sure you understand what a reasonable scar outcome would be. You can skip the Benelli and just do augmentation and circle back on that procedure in a later stage if you are unsure. No bridges burned!...

You got it - the best way to improve cleavage is to pair implants with the lift. The lift will help tighten up the breasts but will not result in long term upper fullness. You need to add to the upper breast to improve cleavage, either implants or fat. You might not need to tighten up the pexy with the implants.
I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation. And you can certainly return to the surgeon who did the lift.
