Thank you for your question! We typically recommend no tanning or sun exposure to scarring for a minimum of one full year after surgery. I would still apply sunscreen on your scar even though it is underneath your swimsuit just to be safe. Enjoy your vacation with your littles!!!

Thank you for your questions and posting your pics! You would get a great result with breast implants if you desire more fullness up top and cleavage. Size is a personal choice, but I think you would be in the ballpark of about 300-400cc's like you mentioned. It would all be dependent upon what look you want to achieve and how much volume will fit. You can try over the counter topicals such as 100% pure Grapeseed Oil, Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E, or any other type of topical that is meant for stretch marks. Unfortunately, they may be permanent, but because it is early after your surgery, the tension in the skin will lessen and hopefully lessen the pigment of the stretch marks over time.

Why do I have bubble after pregnancy/pumping lactation? I had a BA under the pec approach.

Thank you for your question, and congrats on your baby! A lot can happen during/after pregnancy and delivery. A visit to your surgeon would be best. Often times it has to do with lack of breast tissue covering the implant, so you feel the edge of the implant which can feel like bubbles under the skin. Hopefully you can get in to see your surgeon and go over exact details and options. Best wishes to you!

Great question! It does take time for pigment in a scar to fade, sometimes a full year or longer. Tanning/sun exposure can lead to permanent darkening of the scar so it is important to protect the scar at least for the first year as it matures. With that said, if it has been a year or more, you could get a tattoo at your discretion, and any future incisions can be made there, but it could distort the tattoo or potentially remove some of it.

Thanks for your question and your detailed description and photos! I would think you could go a little larger in volume, but it would be best to discuss your desires with your surgeon so that you are both on the same page. Typically, the larger the volume, the more fullness up top you get, so if that is a goal then definitely talk it over before making a final decision.

Hi Rosexoxo! Thank you for your question and photo. Based on the photo it appears to be a contact dermatitis, but visit your surgeon to be examined. It could potentially need steroid cream or an oral steroid to alleviate the irritation and the mild itching. Best of luck!

Hi Cozypeach27! Hang in there because it is still new and early, and you will have a lot of emotions after surgery. This is normal; take it one day at a time, and allow them to heal. Odds are if you feel that they are a bit too big now, you will love them in a few months. They will change dramatically during this time frame, so follow the instructions from your surgeon and remember one day at a time!

It very well could be muscular spasm, and massaging can sometimes alleviate it, but discuss it with your surgeon and maybe he/she will advise to rest for a few days without massaging to see if that helps. This could be done at the same time as internal capsule work to close down the pockets if necessary. Size is such a personal decision, and I think you did great on your photo-shopping! I would say you're in the right ballpark as far as being around the 300cc-400cc range.
