Thanks for the question! You can do neuromodulators after the pdo threads. However, if you are attempting to place threads for the neck or chin and there are platysma bands, it would be better to first use the neuromodulators to soften the platysma band prior to placing the threads.

Thank you for the question! I agree with the comments below. This does help with slimming of the lower face. I have had a lot of success with treating TMJ, nocturnal teeth grinding, and headaches associated with clenching by injecting the masseters. If you do suffer from these other medical conditions, injecting the masseters may prove to not only be aesthetically pleasing but also therapeutic.

Great Result! You can use fillers effectively to curl the edges of lips. Additionally, you can use a neuromodulator like Xeomen/Dysport/Botox to prevent the upper lip from flatting out by injecting in to the cupids bow and the lateral regions of the upper lip. You can also inject the DOAs below the corners of the lower lip to keep the lip corners from being pulled down.
