On average you need about 200cc of fat to increase a cup size. However to end up with 200cc, 400cc will need to be injected as there is about a 50-60% retention rate of the fat. So about 800cc total. The answer to this depends on what you think looks natural. Remember that as the band size goes up (32,34,36, etc) the volume of the cup also gets larger. This means that a “c-cup” is more actual breast tissue for a 36C vs a 34C. A 36 B is the same volume of breast tissue as 34 C. Most people will say anything between a B and C looks natural but some people think a D looks natural. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon and she will be able to guide you. Best wishes!

Every surgeon and patient is different but I agree that 520cc sounds like a very large implant. 440cc is still a large implant. The profile will definitely have an effect on the final look. I recommend you visit a board certified plastic surgeon who can measure your breast base width, let you feel the different types of implants and try on different sizes and profiles of implants. Most likely either implant size will fit, you just need to make sure the diameter of the implant isn’t larger than your breast base width. Your surgeon should be able to show you those two measurements. As for incision I strongly recommend the inframammary fold incision (under the breast) instead of the armpit incision. There is a lower chance of infection and capsular contracture and a better chance for proper implant placement. Best wishes!
