Results of lipo depend mostly on the doctor doing the lipo than the tool used to do it. However, if the choice was between Smartlipo (laser) versus Vaser Lipo, (Ultrasound) hands down, Vaser would be the winner when it comes to back fat. For larger areas of fat and fibrous areas like the back, chest and upper abdomen, Vaser liposuction is the way better.
What is the best type of fillers for the jawline? I am 35 years old and female.

There is no good filler that works best for jawline contouring. In the past I have used Juvederm, Voluma, Lyft and Bellafill for jowl correction and smoothing jawline. Ever since I started PDO thread lifts, I have been very happy to offer a treatment option that makes sense and gives good results. A combination of lifting and rejuvenation PDO threads above and below the jawline is a better option than fillers if you want to improve it non surgically.
I got neck fillers for my lines yesterday (it’s now been 18 hours) and I am wondering if I am healing

It is not unusual to see bumps and lines in the skin for upto 2 weeks post neck line filling. The filler is placed much more superficial in the skin to lift and ease the skin lines. This tends to cause more swelling and bumps which is a little slower to resolve. If the unevenness persists beyoud 2 weeks, contact your provider.

Yes, you can get hyperpigmentation with microneedling. Darker skins are very sensitive to even minor trauma and heal with hyperpigmentation of the area called post inflammatory hyperpigmentation PIH. You are an ideal candidate for abdominal etching with vaser liposuction. When done right it looks great. You have to research and have it done at a reputed center that prides in good results. The way you heal makes a lot of difference as well. Post procedure care, lymphatic massages and right compression garment are vital for good end results. Muscle etching with hi definition lipo can be tricky. Once you are stuck with uneven irregular lines, it is hard to correct them....

Ice pick scars are the most resistant ones to treatment. If your forehead scars appear to be wide boxcar type, try stretching then with your two fingers in front of a mirror. If the appearance of the scar improves, those scars can be lifted with minor subsicion and Bellafill filler. Bellafill is FDA approved for acne scars, and wide boxcar, atrophic and rolling scars respond well.

There is no problem in restarting laser hair removal. Ideally you want to schedule sessions 4-6 weeks apart. You may need anywhere from 6-10 sessions for good results.
