There are various options to enhance small breast in a petite person. Given that you want a very mild increase in the size, there are multiple options to consider.
I am assuming that you are having your implants ‘overs’ i.e. subglandular. You are most likely to get away with this pocket without implant showing or rippling (hopefully) with a textured implant, will be difficult with a smooth one as it will show rippling.
