Most conservative and well trained plastic surgeons do not do aggressive liposuction of the abdomen at the same time as tummy tuck for fear of creating major healing problems with the abdominal flap. Once the flap has had time to heal and revascularize, it is perfectly safe to then do liposuction.I generally wait at least 6 months after tummy tuck to make sure there has been enough time for healing.

Needless to say, you do not have an ideal result from your surgery. The left implant is too high and neither breast has a good shape. I definitely think a revision would be in order. I am not a fan of the textured implants as they can all cause anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). I would get them out and exchange them for smooth implants. If you wish to have a perkier look, you may need a lift. I would consult other board-certified plastic surgeons to get a range of opinions.

Rather than get into the discussion of how much asymmetry there was pre-op, I think it is more germane at this point to discuss how to fix it. I think circum-areolar mastopexy, vertically oriented to raise the left side and medially oriented to help bring the right nipple more toward the midline would be of significant benefit.
