Dr. Vinyard was then accepted into the highly competitive plastic surgery residency at the University of California, Davis, again serving as chief resident. There, he narrowed his professional interest to aesthetic plastic surgery.

He went on to a fellowship in advanced breast and aesthetic surgery in Birmingham, Alabama, training under the esteemed plastic surgeon Dr. James Grotting. Dr. Vinyard is one of few surgeons to complete four full surgical training programs, a testament to his drive and desire for an extensive education before opening his own practice.

Thank you for your question and photos.  Since breast implants come in a variety of shapes and sizes, proper implant sizing becomes more about the patient's dimensions and anatomy than it does about a specific breast implant volume (cc's).  Although an physical examination is necessary to obtain you specific anatomic dimensions, my first thought would be an implant volume of 550-650 cc will be too large.  Since you have already had a breast reduction, I'm assuming you probably do not wan...
