Limitations to fat transfer are 1) donor volume and 2) starting breast volume. I liken it to filling a sponge with water, the water representing fat. Larger sponges (breasts) can hold more volume. In this case, it looks like you don't have a lot of fat to spare and the breast volume would likely graft in the 75-100 cc larger than current (final volume increase). That would put you closer to a B cup. The alternative is an implant, of course, where you can choose the volume increase...

The major difference looks to be caused by an adherence causing a crease with fatty accentuation on both sides of the crease. This would be a pretty tough fix and the fix could be worse than the original problem. If anything I would recommend liposuction on both sides of the crease and release of the crease as much as a liposuction or picklefork cannula can provide. I wouldn't expect complete resolution with this procedure, just improvement.

Based on your petite size, a conservative implant will look relatively big on you. Too big or too large is often a matter of opinion. If you mean, will 365 to 385 cc look bigger than the goal photos, I think you are probably in the right ballpark.
