Botox is a great solution to help those pesky lines that appear "scrunched." Botox will help relax those muscles so they don't pull as much, which will result in those lines subsiding and for a smooth appearance.

Maybe if there weren’t such a large gap between them I️ wouldn't feel this way?

Thank you for your question. I do not recommend the axillary approach for several reasons.1. There is more postoperative pain associated with this approach.2. Great question. It does appear to be redness caused from increased vascularity (blood flow) from the skin being stretched over the implant. Since you are not experiencing any other signs of infection such as fever, chills, drainage or incision opening, I would agree with you physician.

Great question and thank you for submitting photos as well. As your muscle stretches to accommodate your implant, the fullness in the upper pole of your breast will become fullness in the lower pole. Some patients feel as though they are smaller after this happens, as you are not seeing such high roundness. It can take 6 months for your breasts to fully soften. Until then, follow your surgeon's instructions on implant massage.
