The MOST important factor in determining which is better is how much tissue you have to cover the implant. If there is not enough breast tissue to adequately cover the implant then under the muscle is the best way to go. Being broke is a total
buzzkill, but sadly I can’t advise on whether or not it’s wise (or possible)
for you to donate plasma at this point. If you have health issues that make you
think you wouldn’t be eligible, dealing with those should be a priority. I
wouldn’t necessarily recommend undergoing any other procedure so soon after
