However, the consultation is key to discussing your desired goals specifically in terms of volume, asymmetry, and upper pole fullness as that will be a big part of the surgical plan. Thank you for your question. Breast implants are most often placed under the pectoralis muscle to decrease descent of the implant, capsular contracture, and palpability of the implant. This provides an added layer of tissue over the implant and helps to conceal the shape and outline of the implant. However, an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon will be needed to determine what is best.

I want a smaller stomach but not a tummy tuck yet. What is best for me?

It has been six weeks since my surgery and my implants look off?

Thank you for your question. In general I tell my patients it can take 3-6 months before the implants have fully dropped. If the implant is smooth, you will need to massage them 3-5 times a day for

Unless the implant fails, there is no need to replace it. An in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is needed and at that time discuss your concerns about revisions.
