Thank you for your question. You are right. It seems that your implants moving more laterally, may be lower as well. It is up to you to revise it but waiting longer would not improve the results. The wait time for revision/pocket repair is usually 6 months from previous operation. You can also discuss with your surgeon about the implant size. I do not recommend to go much larger. Good Luck!

Thank you for your question. It is not unusual to have discomfort many months after breast augmentation. Also supportive garments in the beginning of postoperative period helps with the recovery. However, It is a good idea to follow with your surgeon.

Hello,Thank you for your question. By your pictures the left side slight fuller on the top whick coul be early capsular contracture but hard to determine without physical examination. It is not a good idea to get a 20cc larger implant for getting more symmetry. That is a waste of your money and time. One option is to do differential fat grafting to your breasts to make it more symmetric. . Hello,Thank you for your question. It is always better to have a cosmetic procedure at your desired weight.In this case it is beneficial to get to 160 goal or at least close to it. Hello, Thank you for your question. The short answer is yes you can place fat in breasts and buttocks. But it depends on how much fat can be safely removed. Your BMI means that you do not have a lot of fat so there would be some moderate improvement in both areas or good improvement in one area. If you lose weight (10-20 lbs) about 3-6 months after your operation, you lose volume of fat all over your body the same and the proportion of your body shape would not change as much. Good Luck!

Hello,Thank you for your question. Tuberous breasts are one of the most challenging breast shapes to correct. The implant size and shape can be determined by breast measurements during consultation. AS you mentioned you do need releasing cuts under your breast tissue to open up the breast to become less coney shape.
