Thanks so much for your question. It is unlikely that the CO2 laser from Femilft penetrated deep enough to produce a fistula between the vaginal and bladder or vagina and urethra. However, Nothing is impossible. However very unlikely. Sounds more like either a vaginal infection or discharge secondary to vaginal mucosa erosion. Erosion can be treated with time or PRP.
