FTM patient treated with periareolar mastopexies and mastectomies. This patient is a “non ideal” keyhole candidate due to slight sagging but they were highly motivated to have a short incision technique to avoid noticeable scars. This is a three month photo and there will most likely be more skin contraction over the next year.
