Hi – From your pictures I think you would benefit from having liposuction to the hips and feathering along the waist so that you maintain that nice curvature. Your skin looks a little stretchy- that would be my only concern for you to keep in mind. When the fat is removed your skin will variably shrink up. Time will only tell with that one. Hi –
In my experience I believe that indeed you will need sufficient volume to fill out your breast pocket – i.e. fill it up enough so that it gets that “perky” look. We do so many breast surgeries at our surgery center that I have the fortunate luck of being able to size my patients before selecting the final implant that works best for their body and shape. You very well may need 800 cc, but, I believe sizing in the operating room is the best approach.

Personally, I rarely rarely use the SSX. I just don’t think the diameter/width to the projection just makes things look a little pointed and unnatural. Based on the picture you posted I think you would really do great with the 520 cc or 560 cc SSF.

From your pictures it looks like you are in great shape. This will help you with really getting a great result. From what I can see I believe you would be best with either a mini-abdominoplasty or a full abdominoplasty with a small vertical scar for the belly button skin opening. I think if you take out the fat that the skin will not contract back quite like you might want. Clearly, an in person exam is the best to really figure out your best choices.

Having the implants sit closer together to give more cleavage is an option for sure. However, moving them in also means moving them out – meaning that the diameter (how wide the implant is) will be evident both towards the center chest as well as towards your arm. Tummy tuck for sure with liposuction along the sides. You do have a little weight on your abdomen, but, a lot of that will come off with removal of that lower portion. Sometimes patients will then want to have a textured anatomical (shaped) implant. I think if you pick a modest size that you can get a very similar result with a round implant.

I think you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. While pregnancy does change the skin causing often times permanent damage to the skin you can remove some of it to make a large difference softness to the skin – i.e. the wrinkles. It won’t take away all the wrinkles as the underlying skin has internal damage to it, but, it will make a huge difference. Liposuction around the waist/hips always adds the final touches that make a fabulous result…

In my experience I feel that I could get a great result for you with a body lift (360) rather than having a Fleur De Lis component added. I agree with you that it seems from the pictures that you do not have an extensive amount of excess skin and fat above the belly button. An in person exam is the ultimate deciding factor however. Based on your photos I would recommend having liposuction to the upper abdomen, lower abdomen, waist, hips, sacrum and back bra rolls. Then use that fat for the transfer for the BBL. In the pictures your skin looks like it is in good shape so I think it will likely tighten well after the liposuction.
