Hi,Terrific job with the weight loss. The weight loss is, of course, the most important thing. The skin issues can be taken care of afterwards.Your picture show quite a bit of laxity. If you're at your goal, or as you reach your goal, a thigh lift may help with your symptoms. If you can have the lower face lift in the near future, I would suggest adding the volume to correct the deficiency under your eye at the same time. Hi,Normal healing after a facelift consists of swelling, bruising, and diminished sensation of the skin in front of the ear. Bruises resolve over the course of 2 to 3 weeks. Swelling resolves over the course of a few months though most of it goes away during the first few weeks. Diminished sensation resolves more slowly over the course of months. The time to consider facelift surgery is when there is laxity of the soft tissues of the cheek and loss of definition of the jawline. Neck laxity is also commonly present. It is less a matter of chronological age. I've had patients in their 30's who needed it and others in their 50's who were not ready yet. You shouldn't be dissuaded based on your age. Hi,A most important feature of any great facelift is an inconspicuous scar. That is really the focus of the discussion about pre or post tragal incisions. There is no incision that is best for every patient. The choice should really be based on a patients particular anatomy. Some may have a well defined crease in front of their ear which would conceal a pre tragal incision well. Others may not and do better with a retrotragal.Best of luck

Hi myahd,If your implants are saline, you would definitely know if you had a leak. It becomes obvious rather quickly.If you have silicone, it never becomes obvious by appearance.
