Judging from the excellent photos that you provided, it is my opinion that a full tummy tuck would give you the best result. Your profile view shows that you have very little excess fat on your abdomen and that your abdominal muscles are lax. A full TT with lipo of your hip rolls would eliminate all of the excess skin on your abdomen, tighten the loose muscles caused by four pregnancies and also eliminate the tethered appendectomy scar. Based on the excellent photos that you provided, it is my opinion that you would be an excellent candidate for the standard full abdominoplasty procedure instead of the FDL. A full abdominoplasty performed by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon should tighten all the loose skin on your upper abdomen. Based on what I see in the photos that you provided, I believe that you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck and BBL. The excess fat on your flanks and back would provide the volume to transfer to your buttocks and a tummy tuck would flatten you stomach remarkably. I recommend that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to come up with a plan that would help you achieve your goals.

The incision for a TT procedure usually is about an inch or two below where the typical C-section incision is. The skin removed is typically from this point up to and occasionally above the belly button and out to your hips laterally. Therefore, any stretch marks that are within this area of skin are eliminated. It sounds like in your case, the majority of your stretch marks will be gone and any that remain will be moved to low on your abdomen.

Yes, I do believe that you would see an improvement from a tummy tuck procedure. From your pictures however, you appear to have a little excess fat inside your abdomen that may limit how much your muscles can be tightened. Therefore, in my opinion, you can decide to have the procedure now and get a good result, or work on dropping about ten pounds and have an even better result.

I do not believe that it is a requirement to be a board certified plastic surgeon to do Bodytite. However, a board certified plastic surgeon will be able to offer other procedures for you to accomplish you cosmetic goal (tummy tuck, lipo, fat grafting…) if you are not an ideal candidate for bodytite or if bodytite does not give you the results you wanted. You appear to have a moderate amount of excess skin, so these procedures will improve the contour of your arms but may not make them perfectly skinny. Now that the scars have had the time to relax, they can be removed and closed with less tension than the initial operation. Judging by you photos, I believe that the best procedure for you would be liposuction combined with a skin tightening procedure such as “Bodytite”. Body tight uses radio frequency energy to effect skin tightening without the long scars associated with a traditional arm lift procedure. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if this is an appropriate procedure for you.

From your photos, it appears that you may be a good candidate for coolsculp. You have to realize that cool sculpting may require multiple treatments to get the same result as one round of traditional liposuction. Also, coolsculting will do little to address excess skin or muscle laxity. If you want complete fat removal and moderate skin tightening in one session, you may consider Bodytite.
