Post-operative nasal airway obstruction can be organic (i.e. anatomic) but can also be due to swelling/edema.  I often will recommend that patients try using Flonase or some other nasal steroid spray after surgery when this occurs. Often times, it will result in some improvement. If the problem is still there one year after surgery, then I may consider going back to taking a look. Of course, an in person evaluation is always important in making these types of decisions.

Often times, when patients have multiple injuries to the nose, the structure can be negatively impacted. With a multiply fractured nose, it is not uncommon to require reconstruction with cartilage taken from the ear or rib cage.

You are still early post-op after your surgery. From the photos posted, you appear to be healing normally. In general, the breast size will decrease slightly over the first few months as swelling decreases. Although implants will drop over the first few months...this depends on the type of implant (smooth-walled vs. textured surface) as well as pocket placement, subglandular vs. sub-muscular.

You should continue to have some changes to your tip complex over the course of the first year after rhinoplasty.  In general, the tip complex has usually "settled" by three months. However, further change can occur and will depend on whether or not a cartilage strut was placed, and if so...what the size and shape of it was.

In short, Yes....blowing your nose can be a problem. The most important reason that you should not blow your nose for the first week following rhinoplasty....is that the mucosal incisions are new...and not yet healed. By blowing your nose...you could force them open, possibly exposing your grafts to mucous, bacteria, etc.

It would be very unusual....although not entirely impossible....to develop a hematoma 6 weeks following breast augmentation surgery. I usually recommend that my patients wait a minimum of six weeks before initiating any aggressive upper body exercise after breast augmentation.

Although it is possible to develop visible nasal bossae following rhinoplasty, 6 weeks post-op is a bit early for that. More likely, it may be the suture knot. Absorbable tip sutures usually take 3-4 months to dissolve...of course this depends on the type of suture material.

Breast implants often take some time to settle following primary breast augmentation. This is particularly true for smooth walled implant placed in the sub-muscular position. They usually take about 4-5 weeks to drop, but could take longer. Textured implants tend to not ride up high, and stay exactly where they are placed during primary augmentation.

You need to be particularly careful having Botox injected into the lower lid. Often a better treatment is filling the eyelid-cheek junction...with Restylane (dont use thicker HA fillers for this) or with natural fat transfer....which works great.

It appears from your photo that you have severe breast sagging (at least grade three breast ptosis). You are unlikely to be pleased with your result with anything short of a full breast lift. If the scars are a deal breaker for you, then you probably should not have surgery...but don't settle for a lesser operation.

It sounds like your numbness may be temporary. If you had intact nipple sensation prior to your most recent removal and replacement of implants, it is likely that you will regain sensation. Sometime the nerves simple get "banged up" or swollen, which can cause temporary numbnes.
