Good question! Judging by the photographs you appear to present signs of bottoming out. When an implant loses its internal support or when your skin is not able to hold the implant properly in place , it can begin to sink towards the lower part of the breast area. Thank you for your question. Seeing that you presented with a certain width between your breasts pre-operatively, this space, or gap will still remain following surgery. Since this is the natural anatomy of your chest there is no way to create more cleavage or bring your breasts even closer together. Great question! Judging from your photographs the best solution would indeed be a tummy tuck. A tummy tuck will tighten the abdominal muscles internally while removing the laxed skin externally. Liposuction will only remove unwanted fat in the area, not tighten the loose skin or muscles. I suggest consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss these options in further detail.
