Without seeing you in person or at least seeing a photo it is difficult to address your concerns.Sometimes there are procedures to address a protuberant abdomen,but again it is difficult to give a thorough answer with limited information.

The best person to address your concerns is the doctor who performed the procedure. No procedure is done without having potential complications. Your doctor should be able to discuss the results with you as to what is happening and what can be done.

You say you want to avoid breast augmentation but also say you want to have implant surgery only. It’s unclear from your statements what you are looking for.
Want tummy tuck but concerned about DVT/PE

Any surgery has possible risks associated with it. Given your history,your risk of DVT/PE should be minimal. I’m sure your surgeon will use dynamic compression of some sort on your lower extremities to lower the risks also.

I would recommend you call your surgeon soon. Since he/she did your surgery,he/she would be in better position to address your concerns. You will probably need to be seen to determine exactly what is going on.

Without photos or an examination it’s difficult to make a recommendation. That being said,with your history and description it sounds like you would probably benefit from a tummy tuck. Once skin loses its elasticity no amount of exercising will tighten it again.Try to find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your concerns.
