Thank you for your pictures. You are a great candidate for Rhinoplasty surgery. The bump can easily be removed and this will give your nose a nice, natural slope. I use an open technique called Piezo which is using ultrasonic waves instead of the hammer and chisel technique. Therefore, swelling and bruising will be minimal. Best wishes.

You will be given sedatives before you are taken to the operating room therefore you will be sleeping as you enter the area. Thank you for your question. Deviated septum is a common problem. It occurs when the septum, the cartilage, and the bone that separates the nasal cavity, are off-center. Therefore, it leans to one side of the nasal cavity. This issue causes breathing problems, headaches, and nasal congestion. A deviated septum can easily be treated with Septoplasty or if you are considering rhinoplasty surgery, your surgeon can also fix the problem during this surgery.
