22 y/o with a small chin and submental excess fat and skin. After pretreatment with topical Alastin Nectar, the patient had submental mini9mally invasive neck contouring with laser lipolysis and 1440 wavelength submental laser ttreatment for skin tightening. Patient continued to use Alastin topical Nectar postop for 9 months twice daily
