Submuscular implants will not change the texture or feel of your breasts. You have plenty of breast tissue to buffer the feel of the implant whether it be saline or silicone. I would recommend a lift in addition to implants to avoid the waterfall deformity that would be likely with implants alone.

I would suggest a dual plane technique that would obviate the need for a lift. You look to be a good candidate for this based on one picture. A view of both breasts from the lateral position would be more helpful. The scarring is the same as that for crease incision breast augmentation. Ask your surgeon if he or she performs dual plane breast augmentation.

I would agree with some of the other clinicians when I estimate 180 to 200 ccs is a general equivalent of one cup size enhancement. A 20 cc increase would achieve a minimal to no change and amounts to 1 and 1/3 tablespoons of volume. When "on the fence" with volume choices, I suggest the larger of the 2 since patients rarely wish they had gone smaller. Best of luck with your procedure.

If you have no issues or concerns with you implants it is certainly fine to retain them and do a lift only. The closer one gets to the end of the 10 year warranty period the more I would recommend changing the implants out. The only time implants have to be removed or exchanged is during situations of infection, contamination, or exposure or when the device has failed. But if its near the 10 anniversary its best to exchange them.
