What Garment to Use Post BBL? Worried Mine Is Too Tight.

I use the 3 finger rule to find out if a garment is too tight or too loose. Take your index, middle, and ring fingers side by side and stand them up perpendicular to your skin at the area in question. If you cant fit all three fingers in this way then it is too tight. If you can easily put 4 or more fingers in the space this way then it’s too loose. Hope this helps!
Recommended Pillow for Sitting After Brazilian Butt Lift?

I recommend complete pressure offloading on the butt and hips for 3 weeks after a BBL. Although many patients have tried to find ways around not sitting directly on the butt, the problem is that these device put pressure on the lower back and upper thighs. When you put pressure on these areas, the skin in between them tighten like two people pulling a sheet in opposite directions. The taut skin causes pressure on the buttocks and causes a flatter appearance.
My butt keeps shrinking after a BBL, what can I do to avoid further shrinking?

The shrinkage you’re experiencing in the first 3 weeks is due to resolving edema (swelling) after any surgery, including BBLs! The next few months will have additional “shrinkage” due to an expected reabsorption of approximately 30% of the fat that was transferred. There is no way to affect these two parts of the healing process even if you follow your surgeon’s directions perfectly.
Will I Lose Fat from Brazilian Butt Lift if I Do Butt Workouts?

Depends on the workout you do. If you’re doing cardio to burn fat then the fat in your buttocks will most certainly decrease. If you’re doing weight lifting then the muscle you grow in your buttocks will add to the fat volume that’s already there!

4-ever! The fat transferred to your buttocks is your own fat. As long as your weight does not fluctuate, neither will the volume of your buttocks. Drooping and sagging will still happen as it is a normal part of aging but a good BBL should last 10-20 years.
