Based on your photos, I believe you would be a good candidate for Kybella. With your minimal amount of fullness under the chin, you would probably be happy with the results after 1-2 treatments. I recommend setting up a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to create a plan. Kybella does typically cause swelling for 1-4 weeks post treatment, we usually see our patients having the most swelling in the first week after treatment so you will want to schedule accordingly.

What should be recommended for smoothing out my forehead? Botox, fillers, etc

I recommend making an appointment with a local board certified plastic surgeon for the best treatment plan, as it’s hard to asses from photos alone. Botox may be used to calm down the movement that is creating wrinkles in your forehead, while filler may be used to soften a hard line, wrinkle, or depression that is still there when your forehead is at rest. I suggest consulting with a plastic surgeon and describing specifically the type of physical activity your job requires before making a decision about getting breast implants.
